He started his career in 1990 as a local rep for the Royal London which he got in through an introduction and has continued in the Financial Service sector since. He has also worked in several managerial and advising roles during his career.
Adrian provides oversight for several offices, supporting them in their transition to Perspective and provides ongoing support including recruitment.
Outside of work he enjoys golf and is a football fanatic, Adrian has 5 children and 3 grandsons. He is also Italian but has only lived in the country for two years and has spent the rest of his time in the UK.
