We are taking steps to showcase the wide range of opportunities available to people who may not have previously considered a career in financial services. We want them to see how they can be part of an industry that is innovating in smart technologies, delivering more for clients and offering attractive prospects for talented and motivated individuals.

We are making progress, but there is more to do. We have a clear focus on our diverse talent pipeline including developing client-centric talent in-house through our Perspective Training Academy. These actions ensure we are focused on building a more diverse workplace with greater inclusion for all.
