You will act as the initial point of contact for client queries relating to life assurance, pensions and investments as well as liaising with product providers and covering all aspects within the general office administration to ensure a first class service is provided to other Group offices as well as external parties.

Paraplanner

Job Description:

You will actively support our Financial Advisers by assisting them in the client management process, providing technical back up and servicing their requirements in order to help retain and secure new business.  You will conduct detailed research on clients’ existing and potential financial arrangements, assessing them against their objectives, and producing timely and compliant Suitability Reports. Increasingly, you will be involved in meetings with clients and need to develop and sustain effective relationships with other colleagues.

Financial Adviser

Job Description:

You will provide clients with financial advice and make recommendations on how best to meet their goals. You will be able to research the marketplace for relevant products and services, identify clients’ needs, design financial strategies and gain commitment from your clients to proceed with your recommendations. You will be an ambassador for the firm and must operate to the highest professional standards at all times. You must be able to establish and sustain productive relationships with clients and develop new business.
