Before joining Perspective in August 2026, Iain spent eight years at Mattioli Woods. He initially joined to develop the Group’s risk and internal audit functions, before progressing to Chief Operating Officer and becoming a member of its Board.
During this time, Iain helped lead the business through a significant period of growth and change. This included acquisitions and integration, as well as the transition from public to private ownership.
Iain has broad experience across both the public and private sectors, including operational leadership, organisational change, people, risk and governance, technology and process improvement. His focus is on creating the infrastructure and working environment that enable colleagues to perform at their best, support clear and timely decision-making, and allow the business to grow in a controlled and sustainable way.
