Jeff joined the Board in 2026, having previously served as Chairman of Perspective between 2019 and 2024 during a significant period of growth for the Group.
Throughout his career, Jeff has held a number of senior leadership positions within the financial services sector, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of Santander Asset Management for a decade. He has extensive experience in wealth management, corporate governance, business transformation and strategic growth.
Jeff’s experience and insight support Perspective’s continued focus on sustainable growth, strong governance and delivering positive outcomes for clients, advisers and colleagues.
Having played an important role in Perspective’s earlier growth journey, Jeff returned to the Board to help support the Group as it enters its next phase of development and expansion.
