She began her career with Nationwide Building Society as a cashier and has since built extensive experience across a variety of roles, including Personal Banking Manager, Technical Services and Mortgage Researcher, before progressing to her current position as a Mortgage, Equity Release and Protection Adviser.
Alicia is a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser and also holds a specialist qualification in Equity Release. Her areas of expertise include residential mortgages, capital-raising remortgages, buy-to-let lending, protection planning, and equity release, enabling her to support clients with a broad range of property and financial protection needs.
Alicia is committed to delivering tailored advice and solutions that reflect each client’s individual circumstances and objectives. She takes pride in helping clients navigate what can often be a complex process, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage of their journey.
What Alicia enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to solve problems and overcome challenges on behalf of her clients. Whether it is finding a suitable lender for unique circumstances or helping to resolve obstacles within a mortgage application, she is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes. Seeing a client complete on their dream home and knowing she has helped make that happen is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
