Andy, Director of Perspective (Gould Financial Planning) Ltd, formally known as Gould Financial Planning, joined the Group in March 2023. Gould wanted to secure the future financial planning needs of their clients and the career progression of their loyal team with Perspective as we share the same fundamental culture and values.

Andy and Simon Gould were the founders of Gould Financial Planning which was set up in January 2001. Andy has over 34 years of experience in financial services and has been providing financial advice to clients since 1996. He is both a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner and shares his wealth of knowledge by mentoring his team to ensure they reach their full potential and help clients achieve their goals. 

Andy encourages clients to take a step back and look at the bigger picture, to plan for the future rather than be caught up in the ‘here and now’. He takes personal pride in organising the pieces of the jigsaw involved in financial planning and empowering clients to take control of their futures. 

Andy enjoys seeing clients achieve their goals, living engaging and fulfilled lives. Whether it be retiring earlier than expected, buying a new home, starting a new business, or helping grandchildren with their education, is what he finds most rewarding.
