She began her career in customer service with a high street bank before progressing through administration and paraplanning roles, later becoming a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
Having experienced multiple areas of the profession, Tia developed a broad understanding of the financial planning process before achieving her goal of becoming a Financial Planner. She now works closely with clients to help them achieve their retirement and investment objectives through tailored financial planning advice. Tia is also planning to begin working towards Chartered status in the near future.
What Tia enjoys most about her role is building long-term relationships with clients and supporting them throughout their financial journey. She finds it particularly rewarding helping clients understand their options and achieve their goals through clear, practical advice.
