Jens is a Non-Executive Director of Perspective Financial Group Limited, bringing more than 25 years of experience across financial services, commercial leadership, governance and risk management.

Jens joined the Board in 2026 to further strengthen Perspective’s strategic oversight and governance capability as the Group continues to grow.
Most recently, Jens served as Group Commercial Director at OSB Group. Prior to this, he held the role of Chief Risk Officer, where he played a key role in the organisation’s growth and development, including its IPO, acquisitions and merger with Charter Court Financial Services.
Throughout his career, Jens has developed extensive expertise in strategic planning, commercial development, risk management and business growth within regulated financial services businesses.
As a Non-Executive Director, Jens supports Perspective’s long-term growth ambitions by bringing a combination of strategic, commercial and governance experience, helping ensure the Group continues to grow while maintaining a strong focus on clients, colleagues and robust governance standards.
