Baijul joined Perspective (South) Ltd in October 2022 as he wanted to work for a national firm of financial planners where the brand was established and progressive.

Baijul has been working in the Banking & Financial Services Industry since 1989. He started his career with the Woolwich Equitable Building Society and became a Financial Planner in 1996 and has also held tied advising roles with Lloyds TSB (LTSB), Santander & AXA. Baijul has also held IFA roles with Bradford & Bingley, Woolwich Independent Financial Advisory Service and more recently with a directly authorised Whole of Market IFA practice.

His role involves meeting clients to understand their financial planning needs & objectives and thereafter putting plans in place to work towards their ultimate goals & aims. He finds helping clients on their financial journey and building a solid lifetime financial planning relationship most rewarding.

Baijul has a wealth of experience and knowledge which makes him great at his job. He has obtained the London Institute Banking & Finance (LIBF) Level 4 Diploma for Financial Planners qualification, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Level 3 Certificate in Financial Planning, the LIBF Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice and the CII Financial Planning Certificate.

Outside of work Baijul enjoys reading, interior design, theatre, keeping fit and active and enjoys watching most sports.
