Steve joined Perspective in October 2023 when his company, RPG Financial Limited was acquired to integrate into Perspective Financial Group Ltd. As a director and owner, he joined the Perspective Financial Group Ltd team to integrate his business and develop the company's client relationships into the wider group.

Steve joined the profession in 1987 as a life assurance inspector and became an IFA in 1989. He then became Chartered in 2005. He worked for several different practices and has been a director of RPG Financial Limited since 2006. He has also worked as a trainer and director of a training company in developing examination material and training for various professional bodies in the financial services industry.

Steve most enjoys seeing clients become satisfied with what he can achieve for them and how he can help them develop their financial plans. In some cases, where there has been bereavement or illness, Steve takes pride in helping relatives and loved one’s cope with the financial confusion.

Steve works alongside a local Scouts group as a volunteer. He likes to run and has completed the London Marathon three times for charity. Steve can play 3 different musical instruments and enjoys playing and listening to music. He also has 4 daughters and one grandson and loves spending time with his family.
